Primera Views collects only what it needs to deliver the services you ask for. Your content stays yours, and we never sell it.

What we collect

Account and contact details you provide (name, business, email, phone, website, industry), the photos and materials you upload, the projects and films created from them, payment status information from our payment provider, messages you send us, and basic technical information such as approximate request origin and browser type.

Records of your agreement

When you accept our Terms, confirm your content rights or grant portfolio permission, we store a record of that acceptance: the agreement versions, the date and time, your account or email, and limited technical information. Your IP address is stored only as a one-way hash. These records exist to demonstrate consent, and we keep them for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes.

How we use your content

Uploaded content is used to create and deliver the visualizations you request, to support you, and to keep your files available in your studio. We do not use your content for public marketing unless you have given explicit portfolio permission.

AI and third-party processing

We use artificial intelligence and third-party technology providers to process images and produce cinematic motion, plus providers for cloud hosting and storage, payment processing, email delivery, and website analytics. Your content and data are shared with these providers only to deliver our services. We do not sell your information or your content, and providers are not authorised to use it for their own purposes.

Storage and security

Files and records are stored with reputable cloud providers, and access to customer content is restricted to what is needed to deliver and support your work. Deliverables are served through private, time-limited links.

Retention and deletion

We keep your content while your account and projects are active. You can ask us to delete your uploads, deliverables or account at any time and we will do so, except where we must retain limited records for legal, tax or consent-evidence purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can access or correct your details in your studio, withdraw portfolio permission, unsubscribe from marketing emails, and request a copy or deletion of your data. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond.

Copyright and IP

If you believe content on Primera Views infringes your rights, report it through our copyright and IP report form.

Changes

When this policy changes materially, we update the version above and ask signed-in customers to accept the update before their next upload or project.
