Payment Terms

Two ways to pay. Nothing hidden.

Pay In Full

You pay 100% of the package price at checkout. No second payment is scheduled and nothing further is charged for that project.

Test It First: 50% now, 7 days to decide

You pay 50% of the project price at checkout. The remaining 50% is scheduled to be charged exactly 7 days after your checkout timestamp, using the payment method you explicitly authorized at checkout.

Example: if you check out on Monday at 2:00 PM, the remaining balance is scheduled for the following Monday at 2:00 PM, and your decline deadline is that same moment.

This option always requires your explicit consent at checkout. If you do not agree to the scheduled second payment, you can choose Pay In Full instead.

Declining completion

You may decline completion at any time before the end of the 7-day period using the decline link in your project emails. If you decline in time, the remaining 50% is not collected.

The initial 50% payment remains paid because Primera Views has already started and performed production work, subject to applicable law and these Payment Terms.

If you do not decline before the deadline, the remaining 50% is charged automatically.

Target turnaround

Most standard projects are targeted for delivery within 24-48 hours. This is a target, not a guarantee. Production timing may vary depending on project complexity, package size, asset quality, revision requirements, current order volume and custom requests.

Payment security

Payments are processed by our payment processor. Primera Views never stores raw card numbers or security codes. Your payment method for the scheduled second charge is stored securely by the processor, and the scheduled charge runs server-side.

If a scheduled payment does not go through, we will contact you with a simple payment update request.

Eligibility

Test It First applies to the Starter, Pro, Business and Signature packages. The self-service Create product is paid in full at checkout. Portfolio engagements are quoted and invoiced separately.
